How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate email notification for each shipment.
How can I update, cancel, or change my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
We are currently offering free shipping on orders $30+ and free returns on all orders in the United States! &always currently ships to all 50 states through FedEx. Deliveries to the continental U.S. can take between 3-6 business days.
We ship to most countries through our international shipping partner, DHL. The available shipping options for your country will be presented to you during checkout. Depending on your destination country, international orders can take between 4-21 business days to deliver.
Canada, U.K. and Germany:
Orders under $50: flat $10 shipping cost
Orders over $50: free shipping
All other countries:
Orders under $75: flat $15 shipping cost
Orders over $75: free shipping
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take it from there.
Individual items purchased as part of a bundle in the Gift Box are exchange only. You may return the entire Gift Box for a refund within a 30 day window. If returning a Gift Box, you must include all 4 items plus the free jewelry box in your return package.
Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded. Items from Gift cards are final sale.
Can I return items Internationally?
International orders can be returned by sending your package to the following address:

For all international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting us (email@example.com) with the tracking number once shipped.
Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the jewelry you ordered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to andalways.co.
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Quadpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Quadpay website to register and provide payment details.
